Located on the first floor of a small, peaceful residence, this charming mountain apartment offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, beautiful unobstructed views, and quick access to the slopes. Simply cross the road to reach the trail leading to the Princess cable car.

This apartment is on two levels. On the ground floor: an entrance hall with cupboards, a dressing room, and a separate toilet with washbasin.
Upstairs, a large fitted kitchen opens onto the living room and leads to a north-east facing balcony. A small mezzanine open to the living room serves as a play area for children. The living room has a sofa bed (140x190), a hi-fi system, a television, a fireplace with insert, and access to a second south-west facing balcony.

The master bedroom has a double bed (140x190), access to the balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with toilet, shower, and corner spa bath.

A locked garage (1st at the bottom of the residence) is included with the accommodation.
