We offer for rent a cozy bungalow in an urbanization with a pool in Orihuela Costa. The bungalow with an area of 62 m2 consists of two bedrooms, a living room, an American-style kitchen, a bathroom and a private solarium with outdoor furniture. The bungalow has its own small garden. The apartment has everything you need for living and relaxing: furniture, household appliances (including a dishwasher and coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. Air conditioning is installed only in the living room. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. The urbanization has a swimming pool. The supermarkets "Alcampo", "Mercadona" and the shopping center "La Zenia" are about 500 meters away. The sea and the beach are about 1.5 km away. Accommodation option - up to 5 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only outside the house! For violation - a fine of 200 euros!
Check-in from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out from 09:00 to 11:00. An additional fee of 20 euros applies for check-in or check-out outside of company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and public holidays. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 200 euros is payable upon check-in.
