Just outside Decize, surrounded by a peaceful meadow (horses and cows), come stay in a restored apartment accessible by an external staircase on the first floor of a house whose ground floor is not used, within a farm. The owner lives on the property but is not overlooked. You will have free access to the shared garden and swing set, and enjoy a peaceful setting while being close to shops.
The apartment features an open-plan kitchen with a lounge area and fireplace, a bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm) and a bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm). There is a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Just a few minutes from the center of Decize with its shops, restaurants, and water sports center. There are also numerous walks along the Nivernais Canal and the Canal Lateral à la Loire.
Everything is included in the price: bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, cleaning, heating, wood, and electricity. Possibility of welcoming horses in the meadow. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
