Apartment Decize, 2 bedrooms, 4 persons - FR-1-819-1110

Just outside Decize, surrounded by a peaceful meadow (horses, cows), come and stay in a renovated apartment accessible by an external staircase on the first floor of a house whose ground floor is not in use, located on a working farm. The owner lives on the property but there is no overlooking. You will have free access to the shared, unfenced garden and the swing, and will enjoy peace and quiet while being close to shops.

The apartment features an open-plan kitchen/living room with a lounge area and fireplace with an insert, one bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm) and one bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm). There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Just a few minutes from the center of Decize with its shops, restaurants, and marina. There are also numerous walks along the Nivernais Canal and the Loire Lateral Canal.

Everything is included in the price: bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, cleaning, heating, firewood, and electricity. Horse stabling available in the paddock. Not wheelchair accessible.
