Near the Alésia archaeological site, in a hilly region, a beautifully renovated former stone barn. A spacious, bright living area with Turkish stone flooring encompasses a lounge, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms with parquet flooring (one double bed and two single beds). Modern décor blends stone, wood, and industrial style. A lovely walk-in shower and separate WC. Wooden terrace. Private parking. Access to a shared 1-hectare park bordering a stream, with marked trails. A pétanque court and a fire pit are available for cooler evenings. The owners live on-site in the adjoining property. A swimming pool (10m x 4m) is shared with the owners and is open from April to October, weather permitting; opening hours are flexible.

For larger groups, the 21G632 gîte (sleeps 8) can be rented in addition to the barn on the same property, but with separate living areas.
