Garden in a shared 1-hectare park bordering an unfenced stream, with a pétanque court. Secure parking. Storage room. Peace and quiet guaranteed. Access from the property's grounds to marked trails. Children's play area: tricycles, scooters, balance bikes, sandbox, ball, etc.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

9 km away: Nid à la Caille lake (supervised swimming). Cycle route along the Burgundy Canal. A few kilometers away are the medieval village of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain and the Château de Bussy-Rabutin.
