The living area opens onto a terrace with outdoor furniture, including a built-in barbecue, and offers beautiful sea views. It includes a lounge with a fireplace, TV, and DVD player, a dining room, and an open-plan kitchen (induction hob, oven and warming tray, American-style refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, and Nespresso pod coffee machine).
Upstairs: a third bedroom with two single beds (90cm), a shower room with toilet, and a fourth bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a wardrobe.
