Looking for a prime location that combines peace and quiet, nature, and proximity to the city?
Here's a beautiful cottage for 4 people located west of Dijon, in the charming village of Daix, just 15 minutes from the historic center of the capital of the Dukes of Burgundy. Access to the cottage is via a private garage, allowing you to safely park your car, as well as your bicycles and/or motorcycles.

Upstairs, you'll find a pleasant, bright, and welcoming 25 m² living area, comprising a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, extractor hood), a dining area, and a comfortable lounge with a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed (sleeps 2), internet access (Livebox), and a video projector for your relaxation.

A hallway leads to a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Upstairs, accessible by stairs, you'll be charmed by a spacious attic bedroom with exposed beams, furnished with a 160x200 cm double bed and a TV. A sofa bed allows for a fifth person to sleep (for a child or teenager: €25 supplement per night).

Our four-legged friends are welcome (€7 per night per pet).

In the immediate vicinity, you can reach the Prenois race track in just a few minutes, the Cité de la Gastronomie (City of Gastronomy), and all the amenities you might need for your stay. While there is no outdoor space, nature lovers will appreciate the numerous walking and cycling trails accessible directly from the property through the surrounding vineyards.
