Separate toilet. Upstairs, two beautiful bedrooms with parquet floors: one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds (90 cm) that can be joined together and two single beds (80 cm). Baby bed and high chair. Parking in front of the house and a large, well-enclosed, wooded garden of 800 m². Gas heating. Maximum 2 pets allowed.
Roseline will be happy to show you around her farm with 400 sheep. Horses are welcome in the pasture.
Nearby: all shops in Arnay le Duc, Bligny sur Ouche, or Pouilly en Auxois. Motorway exit 12 km away. Swimming in Arnay le Duc or at Lake Panthier. Visit the châteaux of Châteauneuf en Auxois and Commarin. Fishing reserve in Chazilly. 30 minutes from the vineyards of Beaune or Nuits-Saint-Georges.
