Roseline will be delighted to show you her 400-sheep farm. Located near the owners' farm, this detached, semi-detached house features a large garden. The raised ground floor comprises a living room with dining area, lounge, and kitchen (French-style ceilings and an inset fireplace). There is also a bathroom and a separate WC. Upstairs, you'll find two lovely bedrooms with parquet flooring: one with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 cm) that can be joined together and two pull-out single beds (80 cm). A cot and high chair are available. Parking is provided in front of the house, and there is a large, enclosed, wooded garden of 800 m² at the rear. Gas heating. A maximum of two pets are allowed.

Horse stabling is possible.

Nearby: all shops are available in Arnay-le-Duc, Bligny-sur-Ouche, and Pouilly-en-Auxois. The motorway exit is 12 km away. Swimming is possible in Arnay-le-Duc or at Lake Panthier. The castles of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois and Commarin are also within easy reach. A fishing reserve is located in Chazilly. 30 minutes from the vineyards of Beaune or Nuits-Saint-Georges.
