The cottage is located in an outbuilding of the owners' house. It features a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining and relaxation area, and two double bedrooms (140x190 cm beds), each with its own shower room and toilet. An additional sleeping space is available on the sofa bed. Heating and electricity are included in the price of your stay. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Visit the mushroom farm 50 m away, enjoy numerous opportunities for walks in the forest, and explore the Champagne vineyards 20 km away. Located 6 km from Chaource, 35 km from Troyes, 40 minutes from the lakes, and at the gateway to Burgundy. The house is situated in a converted farmhouse with a courtyard and enclosed grounds.

A pétanque court is available, and ornamental chickens will delight children who can collect the eggs if they wish.
