The gîte is located at the exit of Cugand, direction Gétigné. Take the 1st road on the left after the Cugand/Gétigné roundabout to a place called Gaumier.

Description of the accommodation

The Plessis house located in the village of Gaumier is an old building with resolutely Italian architecture previously inhabited by the Plessis family, weavers over several generations.
Today transformed into 3 adjoining gites, Le Fromaget on the left, Le Plessis in the center, and the Moulin à Foulon on the right, each accommodation can accommodate 8 people, within an enclosed landscaped area of 5000 m² with a shared swimming pool (6x12m ) open from the end of June to the end of September in 2021. The place invites you to relax with family or friends. Each accommodation includes two private well-exposed terraces with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchair.
Ground floor: living room, lounge, kitchen, telephone, wc. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (1 double bed) (1 double bed) (2 single beds) (2 single beds), shower room, bathroom, wc. Wireless.
The location of the cottage allows access to many leisure activities hiking, cycling, canoeing, fishing ... located close to all amenities, grocery store, bakeries 500 m, but also Clisson 2 km, Le Puy du Fou 35 km, Nantes 40 km, the sands of Olonne and the Vendée coast 85 km. The gîtes are available for rent throughout the year. Heating included.
