Located in the immediate vicinity of the Burgundy Canal, in a 1900s house comprising two adjoining gîtes, the "L'Amige" gîte offers: on the ground floor, a living/dining room with TV and Wi-Fi, one bedroom with a 140cm bed and a desk, a fully equipped separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a large shower and toilet. Upstairs: one bedroom with a 140cm bed and one bedroom with two 90cm beds, ideal for children. Large enclosed garden with garden furniture and a barbecue. Parking. A travel cot is available. The adjoining gîte "Chez Babet et Claude" is also available for rent for a total of 10 people. Not suitable for business trips.

Enjoy a beautiful setting, 100m from the canal, to be explored on foot or by bike, and also 200m from the Vandenesse River. Nearby: Ideal location for discovering the charms of Burgundy, particularly the Auxois region and the Ouche Valley. All shops are available in Bligny-sur-Ouche and Pouilly-en-Auxois. A lock is open in season at Pont-d'Ouche. The medieval village of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois is also a popular tourist attraction. The Ouche Valley tourist railway is located in Bligny. The beach is equipped in Vandenesse-en-Auxois. The Route des Grands Crus de Bourgogne is 30 minutes away, and Dijon, the Burgundy capital and a city of art and history, is 45 minutes away.
