A double house with two identical and reversed parts. The house is located in the place called Raguénez in Crozon on the cliff opposite the Ile de l'Aber. At low tide you can easily access the island on foot and visit its only neighbour, Fort de l'Aber. The site offers a remarkable geology.

The huge Aber beach offers both trouble-free swimming and a favorable playground for surfers and kitesurfers. At low tide it is also ideal for sand yachting. On the other side you have the beaches of La Source and Poul which extend to the tip of Guern which offers a superb panoramic view of the bay and immerses you in a heavenly feeling.
