A mezzanine under the eaves (1m ceiling height) with one 70cm mattress on the floor and one 80cm mattress on the floor (blankets and pillows provided).
A kitchenette with a combination microwave/oven, an electric coffee maker with filters, an electric kettle, a toaster, an immersion blender, a 4-burner gas hob, a dishwasher (NO washing machine), a raclette grill, and a fondue set.
A dining room with a table, chairs, and a bench.
A living room with a sofa bed and a TV.
A separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower and sink.
Heating: oil-fired boiler.
Hot water: electric water heater.

From winter 2025/2026 onwards: cleaning is included and mandatory.
