The Le Manège gîte is located in a completely independent annex to the owners' house. A true haven of peace, it comprises an open-plan kitchen/living room with a pantry, a dining and lounge area, a twin bedroom (two 90x200cm beds) with en-suite facilities (walk-in shower and toilet), and a double bedroom (160x200cm bed) with a bathroom and separate toilet. Outside, in complete privacy, you can enjoy a lovely terrace with a pergola, sun loungers, a garden, and parking in the courtyard (space for several cars). A fitness room with a jacuzzi is available (€20 per session for 2 or 3 people / €25 per session for 4 people), as well as a games room (pool, table football, darts, etc.). Electricity and heating are included. Beds are made upon arrival, and towels and linens are provided. Just 2 minutes from the factory outlets, 10 minutes from Troyes city center, and 15 km from the lakes of the Orient Forest. Enjoy all the amenities of the city (supermarket, bakery, newsagent, restaurant, etc.) in a peaceful, rural setting.
