Spacious and comfortable, the house offers generous living areas ideal for family gatherings. On the ground floor, there's a large open-plan living area with a lounge, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bedroom with an en-suite shower room (shower, sink, dressing area) and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you'll find a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom (bathtub, sink), a separate toilet, a relaxation/library area, and a games room on the mezzanine for all-weather fun. Outside, there's something for everyone: outdoor games, a swing, and a pétanque court. The magic continues with the owners' ponies on the property. Depending on your mood, you can watch them roam around the grounds or even take them for a short ride. Children will quickly become friends with Haribo, one of the ponies and the house mascot, who's always ready for a cuddle. A washing machine is available upon request. Utilities, beds made, and towels are included. Cleaning is available for an additional fee.
