The 200 m² plot (unfenced) is not overlooked by the owners. Private parking. Central heating with a heat pump and electricity are included. A folding baby crib and high chair are available.

Close to Nevers, a city of art and history (all leisure activities), 12 km from the Magny-Cours racing circuit. Forests nearby. A must-see is the Bec d'Allier. Sancerre vineyards (most beautiful village in France), Pouilly-sur-Loire, Charitois and Giennois hillsides. Charité-sur-Loire site. 1 pet allowed (if more, contact owners for approval).
