Located in the wine-growing village of Coulanges la Vineuse, near Auxerre (20 minutes) and only 1.5 hours from Paris by train, it benefits from an ideal location for exploring the region's many treasures: Vézelay (40 minutes), Guédelon (35 minutes), Chablis (30 minutes), Canal du Nivernais (5 minutes), not to mention the spectacle of the cherry blossoms in early April.
On site: self-service electric bike rental. Restaurant, wine bar, multi-service area. With its enclosed garden and countryside views, the cottage offers you an ideal setting to disconnect from everyday life and recharge your batteries. The house was completely restored in 2023 while retaining the authentic charm of the beams and stone. It is perfectly equipped to offer you all modern comforts: induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker, steamer, air conditioning... On the ground floor: a large, bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, modular lounge, and large-screen TV, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate toilet, and laundry room.
You'll enjoy cozy moments around the large farmhouse table or the wood-burning stove. A reading corner and board games are available. Upstairs: a comfortable relaxation area with two connecting bedrooms in the attic, including one on the landing, each with two single beds. In the garden, you'll enjoy various relaxation areas for a nap or a reading break in the shade of the trees.
For the more active: a ping-pong table. Garden furniture and an electric barbecue complete the outdoor space, as well as a covered terrace for an additional relaxation area.

Indoor parking for vehicles. A €300 deposit is required upon arrival.
