Located in the heart of the Marsannay-la-Côte, Fixin, and Gevrey-Chambertin vineyards, nestled beneath plateaus and forests, the 'L'Ecuyer de Bourgogne' gîte was built in the outbuildings of a former 19th-century winemaker's house. The ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large living/dining area, which connects to the courtyard and garden (to the south) and to the parking area (to the north).

Behind the kitchen is a pleasant shower room with a shower, sink, and toilet. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, which comprises a large bedroom with three single beds (90x200 cm) and a view of the vineyards, and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) overlooking the courtyard and garden. There is also a second shower room with a shower, sink, and toilet.

The property includes a courtyard with an enclosed garden of 110 m². This independent, semi-detached cottage, spread over two levels, combines the comfort and modern amenities of new construction with the charm of the old: exposed stone exterior walls, as well as one interior wall, while the courtyard wall has been rebuilt with a timber frame, giving the cottage excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. The site offers opportunities for walks and hikes, on foot or by mountain bike, both along vineyard paths and through woodland, forests, and the surrounding valleys.

This accommodation is not suitable for business trips.

Charges and supplements:
Sheets: €14 for a double bed and €20 for a queen-size bed (160x200). End-of-stay cleaning: €90. Towels: €6 per person per stay. Electricity is charged according to meter reading (8 kWh/day included), at the rate in effect for the period. Gas heating (daily rate): €13 (off-season) or €20 (winter).
