In a peaceful setting, this detached house is 20 minutes from Decize, 35 minutes from Le PAL (amusement and animal park), 7 minutes from Gannay-sur-Loire (Loire lateral canal with a riverside café), and 30 minutes from Moulins. The 70m² house has been fully renovated and sits on a large, enclosed plot. It's the perfect place to recharge, reconnect with nature, and forget the stresses of everyday life. There's a pond on the property (children must be supervised by adults - swimming is prohibited). A few steps lead to the cottage: entrance into the living room (dining and lounge area with two sofas, TV, Wi-Fi, and radio), separate kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower, and two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190cm) and the other with a double bed (140x190cm) and a single bed (130x190cm). A pellet stove is provided. Electric heating, electricity, and a cleaning fee are included. 2 bags of wood pellets included (pellet dispenser 5 minutes away in the town of Gannay).
