In the hills of the Auxois region, a detached stone house on a large property. Ground floor: large living and dining room with an open fireplace and exposed stone walls. Equipped kitchen. Separate WC. Upstairs: one bedroom with three single beds (90cm) and one bedroom with a double bed (140cm) (no direct outside view). Shower room with WC.

A third bedroom opposite the cottage, above the owners' house, has a double bed (140cm) and an en-suite shower room with WC. Private terrace and garden. Parking in a shared courtyard with an electric gate. Shared children's play area. Two additional sleeping spaces in the cottage. For horses: adjoining stable and paddock. Carriage rides. Electric heating included.
It is possible to rent an additional bedroom adjoining the cottage for two people, with a double bed (140cm) (separate access), a shower room, and a WC (€15/person/night).

The cottage can be rented for 5 people without the annex (and without the adjoining bedroom) under reference H21G027697. Business stays are by request only.

Nearby: numerous hiking and horseback riding trails. Morvan Regional Natural Park. Pont Lake. Epoisses, its castle and famous cheese. Semur-en-Auxois, a medieval town illuminated on summer evenings. Many cultural sites to visit: MuséoParc Alésia, Fontenay Abbey, Bussy-Rabutin Castle, and the villages of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain and Alise-Sainte-Reine.
