Comfortable cottage located at an altitude of 800 m, boasting a beautiful view of the Cornimont Valley. Ideally located for exploring and exploring this mountainous region with its many attractions, there's a ping-pong table in the garage. Just 4 km from the center of Bresse, with its many activities and shops, 18 km from Gérardmer, and close to Alsace. This detached mountain chalet comprises two floors. On the first floor, it features:
- A kitchenette with a 4-burner ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator-freezer, and dishwasher. Filter and Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. Kitchen essentials.
- A living room: A dining area that can accommodate up to 6 people. A sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a television.
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed.
- A bathroom with a shower stall, heated towel rail, and hair dryer. Washing machine
- A separate toilet
- 4 balconies/terraces (on each side of the cottage)
On the ground floor (Japanese step ladder leads to the ground floor):

Electric heating. Garage accessible in summer. Terraces, one with a panoramic view and a pergola, and one covered, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, ping-pong table, and grounds. You will be welcomed at the cottage by the owners (and key box).
