Located by the roadside for easy access, it is less than 10 minutes from the ski resorts and activities of La Bresse, and 20 minutes from Gérardmer, ideal for both summer and winter leisure activities. Furthermore, the town center and its shops are less than 5 minutes away, combining comfort and convenience for a perfect stay in any season. The chalet is on two levels.

The ground floor comprises:
- a living room: Dining area seating up to 6 people. Equipped kitchen: Refrigerator. Freezer compartment. 3-burner ceramic hob. Oven. Microwave. Dishwasher. Filter coffee maker. Raclette grill, fondue set, immersion blender. Living room with smart TV, sofa, armchairs, and coffee table.
