Close to the largest vineyards, this detached house is located in a complex of buildings and is spread over two levels. It comprises a kitchen/living room. A mezzanine floor. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with three single beds. A shower room and toilet are also available. The 500 m² open courtyard and garden are shared with the owners and a second gîte. A baby crib, high chair, and a child's bath are also available.
Business trips: 3 people maximum, with mandatory linen and cleaning fees.
A few kilometers away, Nuits-Saint-Georges, the Château de Clos Vougeot, and the Cîteaux Abbey and its monks are also available.
Charges and supplements: Sheets: €9 for a single bed and €18 for a double bed. End-of-stay cleaning: €50. Towels: €5 per person for the entire stay. Gas and electric central heating (8 kWh/day included) according to meter reading. Wood per cubic meter: €45.
