30km from Nantes, St Jean de Mont, and La Roche-sur-Yon, this old farmhouse has been renovated into two adjoining gîtes located upstairs (wood storage on the ground floor).
Shared, unfenced wooded grounds of 1,200 m² with a small pond (fishing possible).
Living room with sofa bed and open kitchen, two bedrooms (one: 140x190 cm bed, two: 90x190 cm bed), bathroom, and separate toilet.
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi access, freezer compartment, baby equipment (bed, booster seat, bathtub, etc.).
Not included: Electric heating, electricity, sheets, towels, and tourist tax. A mandatory cleaning fee is charged for business customers (€65).
