At the gateway to the beautiful Cîteaux Forest, near the Côte Viticole and Dijon, this old mansion, full of character, built in 1852 from beautiful Burgundy stone, has retained all its authenticity. It is surrounded by a large enclosed plot of 3,000 m², allowing everyone to relax and enjoy the shade of the linden tree, the garden, and the outdoor games (swing, sandpit, trampoline, basketball hoop, and ping pong table).

The cottage, located on the ground floor of the owner's house, is tastefully furnished. It consists of a fitted kitchen, a dining room with a lounge area with a fireplace and television, and three romantic bedrooms, two of which are interconnecting. The first and second bedrooms each have a double bed, and the third has two single beds that can be joined together. The bathroom is bright and spacious with a toilet.

Geothermal central heating. Baby cot and high chair available. Enclosed parking and covered carport. Gite located near a road. 1 pet maximum.

Linens, electricity, and wood included. Charges and supplements: End-of-stay cleaning: €50 (mandatory for business trips) - Towels: €6 per person per stay - Pets: €5 per pet per day - Central heating with a daily charge of €7 to €10 depending on the period.
