At the edge of the beautiful Cîteaux forest, near the Côte de Beaune wine region and Dijon, this former manor house, built in 1852 from beautiful Burgundy stone, has retained all its authenticity. It is surrounded by a large, enclosed 3000m² garden, allowing everyone to relax and enjoy the shade of the linden tree, the garden, and outdoor games (swing, sandbox, trampoline, basketball hoop, and ping-pong table). A Weber charcoal barbecue is also available.

The gîte, located on the ground floor of the owner's house, is tastefully furnished. It comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a lounge area featuring a fireplace and television, and three romantic bedrooms, two of which are adjoining. The first and second bedrooms each have a double bed (140cm), and the third has two single beds (90cm) that can be joined together. There is a bright and spacious bathroom with a toilet.

Geothermal central heating. Cot and high chair available. Secure parking and covered carport. The cottage is located near a road. Maximum 1 pet.

Sheets, electricity, and firewood included. Additional charges and supplements: End-of-stay cleaning: €50 (mandatory for business trips) - Towels: €6 per person per stay - Pets: €5 per pet per day - Central heating with a daily flat rate of €7 to €10 depending on the season.
