It is a place steeped in history and charm, belonging to Anne-Marie's family for over a century and now restored in the purest Perche tradition (terracotta tiles, beams, solid wood floors, and lime plaster). All the magnificent oak doors were crafted from wood from the property, and the authentic bread oven in the living room has been beautifully restored. You will enjoy direct access to the greenway that runs alongside the orchard and leads to the Réno Valdieu state forest. No overlooking properties. The spacious games room will delight families or groups of friends. Additional services are available upon request: cleaning, private chef, and bicycle rental.
