Located in the immediate vicinity of Lake Biotope and the village of Combloux, this approximately 70 m² apartment on the first floor, split-level, offers an exceptional living environment with stunning unobstructed views of Mont Blanc and the Fiz mountain range, thanks to its triple exposure. It comprises an entrance hall, a bright and spacious living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher), opening onto an east-north facing balcony. The apartment includes a bathroom with a washing machine, a separate WC, a mezzanine with a pull-out bed (80x190 cm), a double bedroom with a bed (160x200 cm), and a bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm). Additional amenities include a ski locker and an underground parking space. Free outdoor parking is available for residents.
