The apartment is located in the privileged area of Port d'Alcúdia, a very quiet family tourist area. Apart from the magnificent harbor and the spectacular Alcúdia beach, in the surroundings of the property you will find a wide variety of services: large supermarkets, a wide gastronomic offer, fashion shops, perfumeries, taxi service, rent a cars, etc. Walking along the promenade that runs along the beach to the port at sunset is a real pleasure. There you can enjoy a wonderful dinner in a restaurant facing the sea or simply walk through the quiet marina. It is also very close to the beautiful town of Alcúdia, Pollença, or more tourist areas such as Port de Pollença or Can Picafort.
