In a former bookstore. Located in a small village overlooking the Ouche Valley, this charming little house (formerly a bookstore) features a private outdoor space offering magnificent views of the valley and surrounding forests.

On the ground floor: living room open to the dining room, wood-burning stove, large-screen TV, Wi-Fi, functional kitchenette, and a large bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs (access via a spiral staircase): mezzanine bedroom with a 140 cm bed. A cot and high chair are available upon request. The cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or young children (children are under the responsibility of their parents).

Private parking in front of the cottage. At the rear, a small private area with garden furniture, deckchairs, a parasol, and a barbecue. Exceptional views. 1 pet allowed.

Lake Panthier is 12 km away: beach, supervised swimming in summer, and sailing. A few kilometers away, the medieval village of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois. Nearby: numerous bike and walking trails along the Burgundy Canal. 30 minutes from Beaune and its Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and 40 minutes from Dijon, Capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, and its City of Gastronomy.
