On the 1st floor: a library lounge. 2 large bedrooms, one with exposed beams (1 bed 160, 2 twin beds 90). Shower room. Toilet. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160) with a beautiful view of the valley, shower room, toilet. The second gîte, the Coquelle for 6 people also (21G698), has on the ground floor a fitted kitchen with terracotta tiles and a large bay window overlooking the garden. Large dining room with Burgundy flagstones, fireplace, and antique stove. 1st floor: 2 large bedrooms with valley views, each with a queen-size bed. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds (90 cm). 2 bathrooms. 2 separate toilets. Linens and cleaning included.

Can host seminars and business meetings. Central heating and wood-burning stove. 2 terraces, one of which is covered. Large unfenced garden of 1000 m². Parking. Nespresso or compatible coffee machines are available. Horses are welcome in the meadow.

Cycle route 4 km away. Panthier Lake 12 km away: beach, supervised swimming in summer, sailing. A few kilometers away, the medieval village of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois.
