Ground floor: fitted kitchen with terracotta tiles, large bay window overlooking the garden. Large dining room with Burgundian flagstones, fireplace, and antique stove. 1st floor: 2 large bedrooms with valley views, each with a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds (90 cm). 2 shower rooms. 2 separate toilets. Central heating. Terrace. Large, enclosed 1000 m² garden with private area. Parking. Baby equipment available (cot, high chair, bathtub). Nespresso or compatible capsule coffee machine available. Secure bicycle storage. Sheets and cleaning included.
Public pétanque court opposite the gîte. Horses are welcome in the meadow. Panthier Lake 12 km away: beach, supervised swimming in summer, sailing. Cycling along the Burgundy Canal is 4 km away. A few kilometers away, the medieval village of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois.
