In the Ouche Valley, in the quiet of a small village, this beautifully renovated, detached Burgundian stone house adjoins another gîte. Ground floor: fitted kitchen with terracotta floor tiles. Large dining room with Burgundian flagstones. Laundry room. Toilet. 1st floor: lounge/library. 2 large bedrooms, one with exposed beams (1 queen-size bed, 2 twin single beds). Shower room. Toilet. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed) with beautiful views of the valley, shower room, toilet. Central heating and wood-burning stove. Covered terrace. Large 1000 m² garden with a private area (140 m²). The entire plot can be enclosed. Parking. Secure bicycle storage. Baby equipment available (crib, high chair, bathtub). Nespresso or compatible capsule coffee maker available.
Petanque court opposite the gîte. Horses are welcome in the meadow. Cycle route 4 km away. Panthier Lake 12 km away: beach, supervised swimming in summer, sailing. A few kilometers away, the medieval village of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois.
Sheets and cleaning included. Charges and extras: Towels: €5 per person per stay - Electricity according to meter reading: €0.25 per kWh (8 kWh/day included) - Central heating: €13 to €15 per day depending on the season.
*Wood: €50 per cubic meter.

Take the first right towards Colombier. The gîte is 2 km away. After passing the Colombier sign, the gîte is 150 m in front of you, at the first crossroads.
