The house is located a minute's walk from the historic center of COLMAR, you can stroll along the many cobbled streets, admire the typical half-timbered houses, but also taste varied specialties in one of the countless restaurants.

The visit to the city and its points of interest can be done entirely on foot. You will find small shops as well as restaurants in the neighboring streets.

"La Villa Lavandière", beautiful house located a stone's throw from the historic center of Colmar, in a pleasant and peaceful area with private parking and a garage in the basement.

This characterful house has bright rooms with high ceilings and large windows that let in natural light.
From the entrance, you can enjoy a spacious living room offering on one side, a lounge area with sofa and flat screen TV and on the other, a dining area as well as a WC.
In its continuity, you will have access to the fully equipped and furnished kitchen. On the south-facing terrace you can relax in the jacuzzi while enjoying the tranquility of the house.
On the first level, it has three bedrooms with respectively a 160x200 bed, one 140x200 bed and two 90x200 single beds that can be assembled, a bathroom with bathtub and vanity unit and a separate toilet.
On the second level, you access a master suite with a king size bed 180x200, a bathroom equipped with a shower, a bathtub, a toilet and a dressing room.
In the basement, you can enjoy an additional relaxation or sleeping area with a sofa bed (140x200).
