Spacious apartment with a large terrace and a private garage. Located 10 minutes walk from the Champ de Mars park, a true haven of peace in the center of Colmar.

The apartment is completely independent, for more peace and quiet during your stay.

You can enjoy a large living room with two sofas, including a sofa bed (140x200) with access to a large west-facing terrace to enjoy the sunset. An equipped and furnished kitchen where you can cook delicious meals. The accommodation also has a bedroom with a Queen size bed (180x200) with a wardrobe. A bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink unit and a separate toilet.

The apartment is located on the first floor, on the ground floor you have access to a private garage and a parking space as well as a cellar.

Thanks to its ideal location not far from the city center, it occupies a strategic position during your visits and allows you to enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of the city during the Christmas holidays and the Easter market.
