Located on the second and third floors of a traditional Alsatian half-timbered house, this apartment blends old-world charm with modern comfort. You'll also have a private underground garage, a real bonus in the city center.

On the second floor of the apartment, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms. The first has two single beds (90x200 cm) and practical storage. The second is a master suite with a double bed (160x200 cm), a spacious dressing room, and a private bathroom with a toilet.

Also on the second floor, a bathroom with a bathtub, double vanity, and a separate toilet are available. For added convenience, a laundry room completes this floor.

On the third floor, you'll be charmed by the bright living room, open to a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for sharing delicious meals. You can also enjoy a balcony with views over the rooftops of Colmar, perfect for relaxing. A storage room and a second toilet complete this floor.

Security deposit amount: €400.

Check-in is self-service thanks to a key box, ensuring a simple and flexible setup. A WhatsApp group will be created upon booking to stay in touch before, during, and after your stay, if needed.
