The apartment has a real asset, it has a large terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and the bell tower of Collioure, it is equipped with a table and four chairs for lunch outside as well as a parasol.

The apartment does not have parking and is only accessible on foot. Paid municipal parking lots are available throughout the city.
