Large terrace with exceptional view of the lake In a small quiet village, less than 30 minutes from Dijon and Beaune, the gîte "Le Belvédère du Lac", a beautiful house with old-world charm (beams, stones, wall paintings, floor tiles) offers you: on the ground floor: large, warm living room with wood stove (wood provided), TV, fiber wifi, office, and direct access to the terrace, fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room, with a second access to the terrace. Upstairs: 1 bedroom on the mezzanine, with 1 bed of 140 cm, 1 large bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm + 1 bed of 140 cm, 1 bathroom with large shower and WC and window. Magnificent view of Lake Grosbois from the bedrooms. Travel cot and high chair available on request. Outside: private parking for 2 spaces in the courtyard on the side of the gîte. At the rear, a fully enclosed garden opens onto a large terrace, offering exceptional views of the lake. Garden furniture is provided. No barbecue for safety reasons (many trees surround the property).

All-inclusive cottage: sheets, cleaning, towels, heating, wood, and electricity.

Ideally located for exploring Burgundy. Many tourist sites are nearby, including the pretty medieval village of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois, the Château de Commarin, the Château de Bussy-Rabutin, the famous Fontenay Abbey (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), and the MuséoParc d'Alésia. Lake Grosbois and Lake Panthier are 5 minutes away. 30 minutes from Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, and a City of Gastronomy since May 2022. Burgundy vineyards are less than a 30-minute drive away.
