Being able to put on your sneakers to walk or run on hiking trails (5 to 10 km) on site or reach the forest by bike. All this in a mansion and a green setting. 18th century character house on 4,000m² unfenced land that can accommodate 15 people in 6 bedrooms on 3 levels. On the ground floor: fitted kitchen (29m²) with fireplace (free wood) - living room - 2 bedrooms - shower room/wc - separate wc - laundry room. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms - bathroom - wc - relaxation lounge. 2nd floor: converted attic (60m²) with 5 single beds, TV and table football.
