Located on the first floor of a vineyard in the heart of the village of Chorey-lès-Beaune, this gîte for 6 people will charm you with its blend of comfort and authenticity, showcasing beautiful materials such as terracotta tiles and stone.

Accessible by stairs, you will discover a lovely living area comprising a lounge with a wood-burning stove (€5/basket), a dining area, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a wine bar.

A second, separate living room, equipped with a television and which can also serve as a bedroom, offers a very welcome additional space. Furnished with a sofa bed (140 cm), the glass partitions can be covered with blinds for added privacy. Bathroom with corner bathtub. Separate WC. Laundry room with washing machine.

One bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and a large adjoining dressing room. Upstairs, an air-conditioned master suite features a double bed (140 cm) and an open-plan bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.

Although the cottage does not have outdoor space, it offers a privileged setting in the immediate vicinity of the vineyards, ideal for pleasant walks in the heart of the Burgundy wine region. Wine tastings are available upon request. The motorway exit is less than 5 km away. Baby equipment is available (cot, high chair, booster seat). A garage is available upon request for storing bicycles and/or motorcycles. Parking is available in front of the cottage or in a car park 200 m away.
The cottage is fully equipped: bed linen, towels, and household linen. End-of-stay cleaning is included. Gas and electric heating are provided.
