In the heart of the Côte de Beaune vineyards, this fully renovated village house is located near the owners' winery.

Ground floor: large, bright living room with dining area and lounge (sofa bed). Equipped kitchen. 2 connecting bedrooms (one queen-size bed and two twin single beds) and dressing room. Shower room and separate toilet with washbasin. Laundry room. No Wi-Fi.

Upstairs: mezzanine with TV and sofa bed. One bedroom with three single beds, two of which can be joined, and one bedroom with a queen-size bed. Large bathroom with bathtub and toilet.

150 m² enclosed courtyard and garage available. Wine tastings are available at the owners' winery. Travel cot, high chair, and baby bath. Pets not allowed.

Bed linens, final cleaning, gas heating, and electricity are included in the rates.

Chorey-lès-Beaune is located on the Route des Grands Crus, whose Climats are now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It's 3 km from Beaune, the capital of Burgundy wines, and its famous Hospices, also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Numerous restaurants and tasting rooms are available. Stroll through the vineyards, along the ramparts, or in the Parc de la Bouzaise, or enjoy a cycle route through the vineyards between Beaune and Santenay. It's a lively little town with events throughout the year: film and music festivals, "Cours aux jardins" (Garden Courses), and more. Also worth exploring is Beaune's beachside location: 14,000 m² of beaches, four natural swimming pools, a climbing wall, and restaurants.
