In the heart of a wine-growing village on the Côte de Beaune, the Beauneaugure gîte is a fully renovated, detached semi-detached house.

Ground floor with exposed stone walls: a large 70 m² living area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge with a pellet stove. Bathroom with a corner bathtub and walk-in shower. Separate WC.

Upstairs: one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), and a mezzanine with a single bed (90 cm) that can be moved to either bedroom if needed. Terrace in front of the house. Bicycles and mountain bikes available on site (please contact the owner). Tiled garage for motorcycles or bicycles only. Parking in a shared courtyard.

Chorey-lès-Beaune is located on the Route des Grands Crus, whose Climats are now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Just 3 km from Beaune, the capital of Burgundy wines and home to the famous Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Numerous restaurants and wine cellars offer tastings. Enjoy a stroll through the vineyards, along the ramparts, or in the Parc de la Bouzaise, or cycle through the vineyards between Beaune and Santenay. It's a lively little town with events throughout the year. Also worth discovering is Beaune's beach area: 14,000 m² of beaches, four natural swimming pools, a climbing wall unique in France, and a restaurant area.
