In the heart of the vineyards, our gîte opens the doors to the Chablis and Auxerre wine regions. Located in a charming little wine-growing village in the Yonne department, dominated by its fortified church, our village of Chitry will delight you as you discover the authenticity of the region and the surrounding vineyards. There's no time to be bored; Chitry offers walks through the vineyards and wine tastings. Not far from Auxerre, the cultural and tourist capital of the Yonne, the Bailly Lapierre Crémant de Bourgogne cooperative will pique your interest, along with other exceptional places.

A completely renovated former farmhouse, our gîte combines comfort and convenience. Our enclosed courtyard allows you to fully enjoy the fresh country air and meals in the sun. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, a living room, and a bathroom with toilet. On a half-landing is a bedroom with a double bed. The first floor opens onto a mezzanine leading to a hallway that provides access to a children's bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a toilet.
