Cottage in the heart of the Auxerrois vineyards. In the heart of the village, a detached house in a group of buildings belonging to winegrowers.

Raised ground floor: Kitchen/living room, shower room, separate WC, and laundry room. First floor: 3 bedrooms (each with a double bed), shower room, and separate WC. Baby equipment: travel cot, changing mat, baby bath, high chair.

Open 50 m² courtyard, terrace, garden furniture, and electric barbecue. Wine tasting of the estate's wines is available during your stay. Pets are not allowed.

Cottage in the heart of the Auxerrois vineyards, near Auxerre (a city of art and history) and its activities (go-karting, bowling, ice rink, swimming pool), and also close to the medieval town of Noyers-sur-Serein.
