Detached, single-story house with a living room with kitchenette (30 m²), lounge, one large bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a cot (on request), one bedroom with a single bed (90 cm), one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), shower room, and toilet. A cot and high chair are also available.

Large walled courtyard of 500 m². Enclosed garden of 2000 m² with private parking, separate storage shed, and garden furniture. Maximum 2 pets allowed.

50 meters from the Yonne River and 100 meters from the Nivernais Canal (cycle paths/greenway), fishing possible (1st and 2nd category waters: fishing lodge). Located 5 km from the Morvan Regional Natural Park and 12 km from the Vaux and Baye ponds (sailing and fishing paradise, boat trips available). Hiking, kayaking, climbing, and mountain biking are also possible. Visit the abbey in Corbigny (3 km).
