Inside you will find a modern and practical space: integrated kitchen, living room and dining room, with induction hob, fridge, Italian coffee maker, toaster and complete tableware. The living room has air conditioning, flat-screen TV and WiFi connection. In addition, it has a comfortable sofa bed designed for two children. The main bedroom offers a double bed and also air conditioning, ensuring cool and peaceful nights.

The private bathroom is equipped with a shower and hairdryer. Upon request, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, cot, and high chair for the little ones are provided.

The apartment is located in Chipiona, known for its extensive fine sandy beaches and calm waters, ideal for walking and sunbathing. You can enjoy water sports, coastal routes and spectacular sunsets next to the iconic lighthouse. On Sundays, the local market adds charm: perfect walks between stalls of crafts, clothing and typical products, where you always find some unexpected treasure.

As required by law, we must request copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years old. We send a link before arrival to register.

The deposit will be retained through a credit card and the client will have to provide their details through a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
