In Berry, 10 minutes from Châteauroux and the A20 motorway, within the triangle formed by Châteauroux, Levroux, and Buzançais, in a traditional Berry-style house, you can take the time to relax by the water in the shade of ancient trees.
The small farmyard and fishing pond are a bonus for children... Detached house with private enclosed courtyard and shared grounds with the owners.
Ground floor: dining room/kitchen - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed - shower room - toilet.
Upstairs: living room - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Bicycles, outdoor games, a swing, 2 hybrid bikes, and the fishing pond are available free of charge.
Baby equipment and the possibility of an extra single bed.
