Description of the accommodation

Gite Chevroches, 3 bedrooms, 7 persons - FR-1-819-1209

Ideally located right on the banks of the Nivernais Canal, in a peaceful and private setting, a wide range of leisure facilities are available for a truly enjoyable stay! The owner lives on the property and has a separate entrance from the parking area. Outside: enclosed garden, car park, hot tub and outdoor shower (please follow the instructions), barbecue and griddle, Molkky, badminton, pétanque, four 3-person canoes (life jackets required), and bicycles available for loan. Fishing is also possible.

Inside: open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, a shower room with double vanity, washing machine and dryer, and a toilet. Baby equipment is available. One bedroom with a single bed (90x190cm) and two bunk beds (90x190cm), one bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm), one bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and its own bathroom accessible to people with reduced mobility (shower and toilet), a living room with TV, DVD player, and two guitars, a shower room, and a toilet.

With a log-driving theme, all mattresses are very comfortable and rest on wooden pallets.

All-inclusive accommodation: bed linen provided with beds made upon arrival, towels, kitchen linen, end-of-stay cleaning (subject to leaving the cottage in a reasonable condition), firewood, heating, and electricity.

Maximum 2 pets allowed: €10/day/pet

Avallon is 35 minutes away, the Guédelon medieval construction site and St. Fargeau Castle are 45 minutes away, the Vézelay Basilica is 20 minutes away, and the Morvan Regional Natural Park is 35 minutes away.

The property does not allow noisy parties. It is not equipped to charge electric/hybrid vehicles.
