Description of the accommodation

Gite Chevroches, 6 bedrooms, 13 persons - FR-1-819-971

Ideally located on the banks of the Nivernais Canal, private and quiet, numerous leisure facilities are available for you to enjoy a wonderful stay! The owner lives on the property, with independent access from the parking lot. Outdoors: enclosed garden, car parking, spa and outdoor shower (follow instructions), barbecue and plancha, molky games, badminton, pétanque, four three-seater canoes (life jackets required), bicycle rental. Fishing is available.

Indoors: Open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, a bathroom (shower) with double sinks, washing machine and dryer, and toilet. Baby equipment is available. One bedroom with a 90x190 cm bed and two 90x190 cm bunk beds, one bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, one bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and its private bathroom accessible to people with reduced mobility (shower and toilet), a living room with a TV, DVD player, and two guitars.
On the 1st floor: two bedrooms each with a 160x200 cm bed, a separate toilet, a bathroom with a large shower and double sinks; a large living room (library, foosball table, and billiards table).
On the 2nd floor, accessible by a spiral staircase: a small attic bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds.
In the theme of log floating, all the mattresses are very comfortable and rest on wooden pallets.

All-inclusive accommodation: bed linen provided with beds made upon arrival, towels, kitchen linen, end-of-stay cleaning (subject to leaving the cottage in good condition), wood, heating, and electricity.
2 pets allowed max: €10/day/pet

Avallon is 35 minutes away, the medieval construction site of Guédelon and Château de Saint-Fargeau are 45 minutes away, the Vézelay Basilica is 20 minutes away, and the Morvan Regional Natural Park is 35 minutes away.

The accommodation does not accommodate noisy festive events. The accommodation is not equipped to charge an electric/hybrid vehicle.
